Mark and Russell are both great instructors who have an uncanny ability to turn RE subjects that can be extremely boring into something easy to understand while keeping your attention. I passed the exam on the first try shortly after taking their pre-license course and just wrapped up post-license. Principal Instructor Mark Flake has been teaching real estate courses for over 6 years and has been a Broker for over 20; working with residential, commercial, and property management. Before entering the real estate world he taught high school math and history for 8 years and enjoys learning from every class he instructs.

Shana Brown Instructor - River Valley

Born and raised in the River Valley, Shana Brown just celebrated her 17-year anniversary in the real estate industry. Shana aims to make the home buying and selling process as fun and stress-free as possible. She volunteers with her church, Little League programs and PTO at her children’s school, all the while, focusing on providing superior service to her clients. Helping clients seize opportunity when it strikes is what Shana does best.
